Hi Everyone

I have an IBM Bladecenter with a number of linux hosts configured with IBM DS4300 storage via the blade center SAN I/O switches.

The HBA card is a qlogic device with the qla2300 failover driver.

For both hosts; If a host connection fails whilst the prefered connection is the current connection, the failover takes 1 minute. If the connection fails whilst the alternate connection is the current connection, the failover takes 15 seconds

Has anyone used the qlogic driver and come across this issue or similar ?

Thanks in advance

Steve
