    <description>i use cvs to manager the source in my projects, however, i am in trouble to revise the version after tag, &lt;BR /&gt;nomatter it is -r or -b.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;once i revise some files in brach, it always echo up_to_date check fail, if the file was added later than import, else no affect to the revise file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i wonder weather i can revise one file by &lt;BR /&gt;cvs -q ci -r tagxxxx &lt;BR /&gt;clause?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks for your tips,&lt;BR /&gt;frederick&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>If anyone else has changed&lt;BR /&gt;the files you need to update&lt;BR /&gt;your sandbox before you&lt;BR /&gt;commot.  The message indicates&lt;BR /&gt;you will loose changes if &lt;BR /&gt;you commit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have the tagged versions in you sandbox &lt;BR /&gt;use the -A option to clear&lt;BR /&gt;the sticky tags. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check out the best practices at &lt;A href="http://www.tldp.org/REF/CVS-BestPractices/html/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.tldp.org/REF/CVS-BestPractices/html/index.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
