      <description>Hi there&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We just set up FC4 server on DL380 G3 (running 3 software servers:ftpD,Httpd,SSHd) and we want to connect another one as a back up for this.If one fails another can start up straight away.I have never done this before could please anyone shed some light on this what aspects i would have to go through and what things we need to take in account to make sure setup is succesfull.much obliged.thanks</description>

      <description>Hi syed,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;read about Linux HA (High Availability) project s on net, one most popular site is: &lt;A href="http://www.linux-ha.org" target="_blank"&gt;www.linux-ha.org&lt;/A&gt; . briefly speaking, you will need heartbeat installed in a system, and both the servers have replicated backups are continuously monitored by heartbeat. you will have a virtual IP configured for both the servers, and if one server fails, heartbeat will assign this IP to another server.</description>

      <description>Take a look to heartbeat, is a clustering software that allows server failover (and service failover using with other software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This uses a ethernet and/or serial conection between servers to monitor the state of the system. If a server fails, the other takes the control of the services.</description>
