Hi folks,

I am a quite new to the world of expect scripting.

can I get 2 know from where I can get information regarding expect for a naive programmer like me :)?

Is "Exploring Expect" full Book available online?

I'm not aware of it being online (legally), but if you should be able to get a fair idea of how it works by reading the man page for 'expect', as well as the programming references for TCL (as Expect is a TCL based language).

There are also plenty of examples on the 'net of which you can use as references.

man pages are the best starting guide for any application.

check 'man expect' to find out more information about it.
