      <description>I have renewly installed a RH server , now it is very strange that one of user id will receive the system error messages ( the messages is the same as /var/log/messages ) , the user use the telnet to connect the server , and the messages will be pop to the user screen at around every 10 minuts , could suggest what is the problem ? thx</description>

      <description>That is rather odd.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Three things:&lt;BR /&gt;What TTY is the user logged in on?&lt;BR /&gt;What user ID is the user?&lt;BR /&gt;What does '/etc/syslog.conf' say?</description>

      <description>There are messages that goes to all users, or configured to show on a users session. You should post your /etc/syslogd.conf.</description>
