    <description>/etc/rc.d/init.d/named status&lt;BR /&gt;rndc: connect: connection refused&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;what is going on here? Just thought someone might know about the above error. If not that's ok, I will check it our tomorrow.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;by the way this on redhat 7.1 running bind version "bind-9.1.0-10". Thanks.</description>

      <description>SivaKumar, I've gotten rndc to work but when I do rndc status, it tells me that this functionality is not yet implemented. I currently have Version: 9.1.0 and I am running RH 7.1 and bind-9.1.0-10. Do you know what version will the status arg is implemented. If so will it be compatible with my current bind version? Thanks.</description>
