    <description>Hi List, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OS = Centos 4.x (RHEL Clone)&lt;BR /&gt;Please someone can explain step for step to me, &lt;BR /&gt;how I install the Kernel with XFS and format the file system. &lt;BR /&gt;Is possible also during the installation of Centos Linux? &lt;BR /&gt;How can i accomplish all this without /boot with XFS (root filesystem) formatted? &lt;BR /&gt;In the reason the same as with the normal ext3 installation. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for each assistance / hints. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stefan</description>

      <description>AFAIK, for today there is no CentOS installation CD with xfs support, you should install CENTOS and install unsupported kernel with XFS support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.centos.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=1352&amp;amp;forum=27" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.centos.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=1352&amp;amp;forum=27&lt;/A&gt;</description>
