      <description>Any new hardware configuration? A new SCSI device added?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should verify the status of the array and disks by using HP Array Configuration Utility. If you don't have it you can download it from the HP site.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can try to boot in single user mode and verify the /var/log/messages file for more information. You can use:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kudzu -p&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To view what is probed.</description>
