I need some advice. I am looking for a good Open Source (free) Ticket Tracking Solution. I currently have RT which I like ALOT but I don't seem to have my "auto replies" return in HTML format. I have played around with the templates to no avail. Does anyone have a script or Temp plate which allows for HTML reply emails ? ANY HELP or Advice would be gratefully appreciated. I am open to other ticket tracking solutions too so feel free to suggest anything. Thank you for your time and help.

he asked for an open source solution.

anyway, why not just use bugzilla, it is used for source code mostly, but it can log and track anything. basicly it's the same as problem tickets.

http://www.bugzilla.org/
