    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't have the answer. &lt;BR /&gt;But maybe you can  create the script.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;1) check current number of user by  w command.&lt;BR /&gt;2) if current number of users are more than what you expect, create "no login file"&lt;BR /&gt;3) if current number of users are less than what you expect, delete "no login file"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check login.defs for more detail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
