Hi

Exactly what do you want to know about disk space?

# fdisk -l /dev/

give you assigned /not assigned partition space

# df
give your used/free space of your filesystem

# free
give your memory / swap space usage.

personaly I use the "df" command under Linux in general :

$ df
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda5 1.4G 1.1G 306M 78% /
/dev/sda1 15M 4.0M 10M 28% /boot
/dev/sda7 15G 400M 14G 3% /home

don't really know if it's what you're looking for... hope !
