      <description>If you are talking about swap, then 18Gig for 8gig of memory is, by normal convention, more than adequate.  More than that might decrease system performance under certain circumstances.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Of course, another variable is your CPU -- if you are running a 32 bit processor, you won't be able to address properly more total (physical + virtual) than you have anyway.</description>
