Do you use the 'up2date' utility?<BR /><BR />If you don't want to get automatic notifications about updates, then you might just want to disable the daemon (chkconfig rhnsd off, service rhnsd stop).<BR /><BR />If you do want to use it, then you should run 'rhn_register', and follow the questions/adivce.
