    <description>I am using ethtool. This should be online values.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And most time we should have autonegotiate set to ON.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Should a need to force speed to be set? Can this be done using ethtool as well?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks/Cliff</description>

      <description>Hi Cliff, can you explain please what do you mean when you say " verify actual network link " do you mean connection up to third level ( we then use ping  ) or you mean connection up to 7th level ( we then use telnen ... for example as tool to verify our connection )&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards</description>
