Can't use passwordless ssh

I try to follow the below link to setup the ssh with passwordless , I sure I have setup anything in the below guide but it still ask to input the password , can advise what is the possible reason ? thx

Can you run ssh in verbose mode and see what it talks about and also look in the /var/log/messages for any logs.
Be sure you have proper permissions for ~$HOME/.ssh directory and also authorized_keys which should be 700 and 600
