      <title>Unable to change password</title>

      <description>It looks like the pam_cracklib.so file can't be openned. Ensure that the pam files are correct by using:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;rpm -V pam&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I see input/output error, if the file exists, check if you can read its contents:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;strings /lib/security/pam_cracklib.so&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get I/O error, maybe some corruption exists.</description>
