      <description>Ask your SAN and network support for more information about recent failures. Also check hardware in server - special fiber channel cards used for SAN connection.       <description>Hi Hangyu,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have heard similar issues recentl with REDHAT. It's definetly not an SAN issue. I also heard REDHAT is aware of this and working on this issue.
