I have an email server on a Fedora C6 that has accounts only for family members and a few friends. We would like to set up per-user WhiteList-Only email accounts on this server. SpamAssassin is working very well on the server (after considerable help from this forum :) and I'm wondering if the user_prefs file conld be configured to provide this.

Google search shows folks have done this using SQL databases and squirrel mail but I'm wondering if there is an easier way.

Any thoughts ??

Fun isn't it? :)

If you want it more centralized for preferences management, you can use the 'user_scores_*' options.

But yeah, works ok in that manner too.. ;)

Yep; we're having fun with it. We seting up email accounts for the kids and they kinda like the idea that people have to get their permission before they can send them email.

We let the kids decide who they want in their list.
