      <description>all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have system running with Redhat AS 4. when i try to pvcreate new lun,there is error like this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;pvcreate -- ERROR: "/etc/lvmtab" doesn't exist or is unreadable; you may need to run vgscan&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;anyone know how to fix it ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-yut-</description>

      <description>What happens if you run "fdisk -l"? This looks like you have a corrupt partition tables(s)?</description>
