      <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How to disable auto idle logout from linux, is there any configuration i need to change, i tried using export TMOUT=0, it doesnt work,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;chakri</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;You did not mention which shell you are using.&lt;BR /&gt;Assuming it is bash&lt;BR /&gt;put export TMOUT=0 line in .bash_profile file&lt;BR /&gt;under the user's home directory.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;IF you are using csh then do this.&lt;BR /&gt;set autologout=0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,&lt;BR /&gt;U.SivaKumar</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I'm using bash shell, i did put the export TMOUT=0 entry in .bash_profile. still it logs me out after some 30min,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;is there any other file where you need to specify this&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;chakri</description>
