      <description>Shalom Brian,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Its probably a memory problem. The system should really panic at boot time and probably will at some point.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Most systems come with a bootable cd/dvd that permits hardware diagnosis. I recoomend it be used in this case to test memory.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
