      <description>I am getting this message on a DL585 G1 running RHEL4. How do I know which disk device it is that has actually failed?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Trap-ID=3046&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Physical Drive Status Change: Slot 0 SCSI Bus 1 Target 1.&lt;BR /&gt;Status is now Failed.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
