      <description>&amp;gt;I have a Debian linux machine where rpm is &amp;gt;not properly installed &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;are you sure that we're speaking about rpm package? in general debian uses debian packages. it's possible to install rpm system on debian, but it's not trivial configuration.</description>
