I want to install redhat linux 9.0 with internel IDE Dvd writer,please let me to know the ineternel DVD writer having any support in redhat linux 9.0

I don't remember as its a veeeeery old distribution. You should upgrade if you can. If you can't, try with:

Almost no chance of this. The OS is much older than the needed drivers.
