      <title>How to pause a process ?</title>

      <description>In my RH server ,there are many process running , some of them use many CPU utilization , I try renice , but it still use a lot CPU , can advise if I want to pause a process ( make sure the CPU util. is zero ) , what can I do ? and how to resume it ? thx in advance.</description>
