      <description>Hi , &lt;BR /&gt;I am using squid proxy in RedHat AS4 and 128Kbps leased line. I want to divide the bandwidth for officers and managers equally and stop some sites for some user.how can i do that ?&lt;BR /&gt; Please help me telling step by step process</description>
