      <description>After I have set the passwd aging for a particular user "cord" and tried to login, It requested to change the passwd.  When I type the passwd it give an error: "Authentication token manipulation error".  &lt;BR /&gt;The sequence is listed below&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could somebody help please.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[root@devtest ~]# passwd -n 2 -x 15 -w 3 -i 99999 cord&lt;BR /&gt;Adjusting aging data for user cord.&lt;BR /&gt;passwd: Success&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant)&lt;BR /&gt;Kernel 2.6.9-5.ELsmp on an i686&lt;BR /&gt;login: cord&lt;BR /&gt;Password:&lt;BR /&gt;You are required to change your password immediately (password aged)&lt;BR /&gt;Changing password for cord&lt;BR /&gt;(current) UNIX password:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Authentication token manipulation error</description>
