    <description>I have a Linux server ( proliant DL380). I have done some test on generating alarms when hard disk failure . I tested by removing a hot swap disk.&lt;BR /&gt;I was wondering where can I find a document where all syslog messages are described ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;example of syslog message &lt;BR /&gt;Event Log Daemon:[9471]: Hot-plug drive inserted: SCSI Port 1 ID 1 of Embedded Array Controller&lt;BR /&gt;Mar  9 15:02:51 sgracore Event Log Daemon:[9471]: Logical drive 1 of Embedded Array Controller, has changed from status INTERIM RECOVERY MODE to READY FOR RECOVERY&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>There is no such doc - for all syslog messages. Every daemon/program who is configured to use syslog write its own entries there.
