      <description>I got a IBM Blade server.  The disk configuration is like this&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2 disk with mirror  -&amp;gt; /dev/sda&lt;BR /&gt;3 disk on RAID 5&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess the 3 disk on RAID 5 should form a PV called /dev/sdb, but when I try to execute fdisk, the "unable to open /dev/sdb" is returned.  It seems the OS is not recognizing the new disk array.  Please kindly advise how to check the newly configured disk.  Thanks a lot</description>
