reverse proxy using apache

Hello experts,

I'm trying to set a reverse proxy in the dmz zone. basic role of the reverse proxy is to redirect web traffic coming to a.b.c (reverse proxy) to an internal iis web server (d.b.c).

could any body tell how to achieve that
