New DL 380 G5 with redundant Fans

Hi,

I just ordered a new DL 380 G5 with redundant PSU and FAN and it did arrive without redundant FANS.

My dealer told me that HP no ships without redundant Fans even when those fans are ordered.

It seems a bit ... odd... to me.

Can you please confirm this ?

Icaron,

If the server supports redundant fans, and you ordered redundant fans then you were supposed to get what you paid for.
HP will deliver what you ask them to deliver, if not they will happily fix the error for you.

If redundant fans are offered HP ships that way. I have servers DL380 with redundant fans.

The dealer is not correct, lets leave it at that.
