    <description>At the bottom of the page, there is a link "Feedback to webmaster". I'd assume it's there just for situations like this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Checking the source code of the web page reveals the download link, which points to ftp.hp.com: a direct FTP download also produces a zero-length file, so it's unlikely to be a browser-related problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Problem report sent.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MK</description>

      <description>I am trying to download the first link from this site&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&amp;amp;cc=us&amp;amp;prodNameId=1809836&amp;amp;prodTypeId=12169&amp;amp;prodSeriesId=1809835&amp;amp;swLang=13&amp;amp;taskId=135&amp;amp;swEnvOID=2025" target="_blank"&gt;http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&amp;amp;cc=us&amp;amp;prodNameId=1809836&amp;amp;prodTypeId=12169&amp;amp;prodSeriesId=1809835&amp;amp;swLang=13&amp;amp;taskId=135&amp;amp;swEnvOID=2025&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But it downloads just 0 bytes.
