Hi there I'm having problems to run webalizer for first time:

Webalizer.conf looks like that:

LogFile /var/log/apache2/access.log
OutputDir /var/www/webalizer
Incremental yes
PageType htm*
PageType cgi
PageType php
HideURL *.gif
HideURL *.GIF
HideURL *.jpg
HideURL *.JPG
HideURL *.ra
IgnoreURL /taskbar*
==========================================

But when I do that:
webalizer -c /etc/webalizer/webalizer.conf

then:

Webalizer V2.01-10 (Linux 2.6.20-15-server) locale: en_GB.UTF-8
Using logfile STDIN (clf)
Using default GeoIP database
Creating output in /var/www/webalizer
Hostname for reports is 'ubuntus'
History file not found...
Previous run data not found...

I was waiting for about 15 min, but nothing happend.

In the sample configuration file it says you need to have a look at the README file when you enable incremental.
Looking at the message it seems you need to have data from a previous run before you can use incremental.
