When I was executed shutdown -r now command the server is not start and the messages is attempting to boot from hard drive linux GRUB

where are you seeing "attempting to boot from hard drive linux GRUB" messages? what is the current run level?Are you able to connect?

In this moment I was connected by LILO and boot by CD but when I was boot not take a disk internal

As i got what u been stated, seems that ur tring to recover a system which is already a linux box. Y im saying this is there is no way u can have 2 boot loaders as to my knowledge.
does this computer already had linux installed?
