      <description>Sorry for the split posts, I didn't read the second part of the question. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Actually there are many books available, like Linux for Dummies, and other books for Linux Beginners. But if you specifically want the Guide to system administration, go for either of the links in my previous post.</description>
