where I can find vmware ESX documents?

I am looking for online document about vmware esx, inside out, including concpets, configurations, and all needed administration tasks. Appreciate your help.

I am unix admin, but don't know too much what is vmware all about, so looking for such docs to help me out.

I'd sugest you to look at the 'support' section of VMWare website. Create an account there, at it might prove useful to access the community support forums. Their knowledge base is usually very useful as well. All of this is accessible through their support site: http://www.vmware.com/support/

You can find many technical documents / resources on the VMware web site itself.

The following page has many PDF documents describing various aspects of VMware ESX (now known as VMware Infrastructure 3).
