Curious - are you running a "stock" kernel or is this one you've compiled?

"mlragent" may be a part of "EMC Control Centre"'s monitoring agent.
(EMC Control Centre = ECC)

The kernel is saying that the "mlragent" process is using a 32bit quotactl function, which is not supported on this 64-bit kernel. If you don't use disk quotas or don't need the quota information in EMC Control Centre, you can ignore this message.

To make this message go away, upgrade your ECC agent software to a 64-bit version if possible.

If there is no 64-bit version of the ECC agent available yet, you may wish to make a problem report/enhancement request to EMC about it, so that EMC knows there is demand for a true 64-bit version of the ECC agent.
