The problem shows in your output.

You need to check your /temp, swap space and as well as graphics settings.

Looks to me like a problem with Java.

I'd make sure I have ia64 Java installed, the latest version supported by Oracle

Metalink note 391844.1 indicates that there is a bug in the Java
Development kit that ships with 10g R1 and 10g R2 that affects
computers with Itanium processors. Metalink note 401332.1 supplies
tips for identifying processors that trigger the Java bug. Metalink
note 400227.1 provides access to the patches that correct the problem.
