      <description>Metalink note 391844.1 indicates that there is a bug in the Java&lt;BR /&gt;Development kit that ships with 10g R1 and 10g R2 that affects&lt;BR /&gt;computers with Itanium processors. Metalink note 401332.1 supplies&lt;BR /&gt;tips for identifying processors that trigger the Java bug. Metalink&lt;BR /&gt;note 400227.1 provides access to the patches that correct the problem.</description>
