    <description>"man compress" (or "man uncompress").&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Uncompress normally expects ".Z" (not ".z").&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; did u even try TAR? tar -xzvf &lt;FILENAME&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Who said that it was a compressed "tar"&lt;BR /&gt;archive?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do grown-ups actually spell "you" as "u"&lt;BR /&gt;nowadays?  I must be old.&lt;/FILENAME&gt;</description>

      <description>gzip/gunzip or uncompress can do that.&lt;BR /&gt;did u even try TAR? tar -xzvf &lt;FILENAME&gt;&lt;/FILENAME&gt;</description>
