    <description>HI,&lt;BR /&gt;i am trying to install redhat linux 4 update 3 on one unbranded pc, its having Western Digital HDD with Intel mother borad i can not install it, its not able to detect the sata driver.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;while installing its showing asking for installation methord i am selecting cdrom and then its asking for driver.&lt;BR /&gt;please help me if somebody got any clud. thanks in advance</description>

      <description>Is it asking for the CDROM driver or the sata disk driver?  If it is the CDROM driver try loading the generic ide cdrom driver.  I have had similar problem in the past where the install cd/dvd would boot, but then not detect the cdrom to do the actual install and drop to an ncurses menu.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it is the disk you might need to look and find out what kind of controller the board uses then load that driver.</description>

      <description>i believe its asking for HDD driver and not CD rom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;its having sata HDD</description>
