how do you select "everything" / all packages on rhel 5 installation. the everything option is not there anymore unlike rhel 4 and below.

Red Hat Took this operation away.

It is impossible to do anyway as certain RPMS conflict with each other and can not live on the same system.

This install method was not recommended for Red Hat 4 to the point where Red Hat made it not work in their RHCE class labs.
