      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the network cards are e1000 then autonegotiate is the way to go on the switch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Setting it to a particular speed can cause this problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Most of the time this is either a NIC card ready to fail or creative setting in the network swtich port.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Did this work OK before? Or was this a new installation?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You have a gigabit NIC but it's indicating only 100Mbps link. What is on the other end of the cable?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;An intermittent connection could be caused by a bad cable: check the cable and the connectors for damage and dirt.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MK</description>
