warnquota & quotatab?

-Hello,

Does anyone here know how to configure /etc/warnquota.conf file? I was thinking of using this utility to e-mail along with text message when there's an issue with the file system disk space.

# man quota
# info quota

# man warnquota
# info warnquota

I tried to do man on warnquota, but no success.

This is Linux favor RHAS 4.0 version environment.
