https://community.hpe.com/t5/operating-system-linux/dhcp-logging-in-rhel-4/m-p/4263422#M33719 Hi Guys <BR /><BR />We have setup our dhcp logging to a seperate file in /var/log/dhcpd/dhcpd.log in the dhcpd.conf file by adding the log-facility local6 and addded the local6.* /var/log/dhcpd/dhcp.log in the syslog.conf file .<BR /><BR />Now the issue is dhcp logs are logged in both messages and dhcpd.log we want the dhcpd logs only on dhcpd.log .<BR />How can we configure this .
