I use RHEL linux server and have a SAS controller pluged into it , this card have multiple lun function , now I want to use the multiple lun feature , can advise what I need to do on my linux server so that this function could be enabled ? thx

I *_think_* you want to check the configuration:
CONFIG_SCSI_MULTI_LUN=y

or maybe override it in
/etc/modprobe.conf:
options scsi_mod max_luns=NN

where NN is the largest LUN number
