dmesg errors in 2.6.18-8.el5xen kernel version redhat linux

Hi All,
There are couple of errors in the dmesg output in redhat linux server with the kernel version 2.6.18-8.el5xen.
I could not really find what could be wrong so that these many issues are occurring. please help me on the same. Attached is the error content.

Please guide me how to rectify the same.

Shalom,

It looks to me like one of two possible issues:

1) An application attempting to bind itself to the CPU and have exclusive access to the CPU. The system is not likng this. Could be an application crashing the kernel.

2) It may be a problem with how this kernel is managing processes. Perhaps a yum update.

3) Possible hardware problem on the system.

Hi,
Have you configured any VMs on this systems to automatically start on-boot.

Any way what i feel is this kernel is not properly configured for your system.

try to boot up with a non xen kernel to find out if this issue only persist for the xen kernel. if no errors on other kernel boot up of course you have to get the latest kernel or patch your kernel.

i have seen some systems giving this type of problems due to faulty installation media.
