      <title>fsck issue</title>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;last week i am working on itanium server from remote place thru putty suddenly i am not able save anything after that i exit again login thru putty but this time i am not able to access the server. I went through management port and rebooted the server their i find out &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;error: /dev/VolGroup00/LogVo104 unexpected inconsistency run fsck manually&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;why this error came suddenly while working on the system?</description>
