    <description>We have the same error as described in threadId=1305677, the only difference is the message "SCSI error : &amp;lt;2 0 0 4&amp;gt; return code = 0x8000002" that in our case is "SCSI error : &amp;lt;2 0 0 9&amp;gt; return code = 0x8000002". As far as we understand the problem can be solved using the Disk Array Configuration Utility for Linux but unfortunately the link does not open.&lt;BR /&gt;Can any one help us to find it?.&lt;BR /&gt;Our site is using HP RX1620 Itanium II, with Red Hat Advanced server. The MSA has two FC controllers and the access through CLI is working, no errors are displayed as response to  show disks.&lt;BR /&gt;Any help is welcomed.</description>
