    <description>Hi All&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Recently i installed OS on my system. Its DL380 HP machine linux 4.5 version OS.&lt;BR /&gt;After installing OS &amp;amp; oracle 10g DB, i rebooted the system. The system showing last message is&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.REDHAT HASH version 4.2.160 starting&lt;BR /&gt;2.Enforcing made requested but no policy loaded Halting now&lt;BR /&gt;3.Kernel Panic _ not syncing:Attempted to kill init&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please tell me anyone how to recovery now?</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Oracle has some pre-install OS patch and kernel setting coordinates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Most likely they have not been met. Every detail in the oracle documentation needs to be followed prior to installation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
