oraASM raw disk is empty after reboot

yesday i had strange issue with my linux system. I rebooted the server, and somehow one of hte oraASM disk lost the info and now unable to start the database.

my disk config is this..

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 8 Jul 24 21:43 oraASMdat01.b0000.4191 -> ../dm-13
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 8 Jul 24 21:43 oraASMdat01.b0000.4191p1 -> ../dm-14
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 8 Jul 24 21:43 oraASMdat01.b0000.4191p2 -> ../dm-15

so here the oraASM disk 4191p1 lost the info from this raw disk. rest all is fine. how it could have caused.
